What is your return policy?

 

30 DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
Try on your Docs and make sure they fit, that they’re the correct size, and/or style. If not, you can return them up to 30 days from your order date. By downloading and using our return label, we will deduct $7 from your refund. If you’d like a different size or another style, please place a new order and we’ll credit your account once we receive your return. For tracking purposes we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Dr. Martens retail stores are unable to accept exchanges at this time.
 
US CUSTOMERS as a GUEST:
1.Use this link to retrieve an RA number.
2. Print a label using this link.
3. Drop your package off at the nearest US Post Office, mailbox, or give to your letter carrier.
 
US CUSTOMERS with your ACCOUNT:
1. Login to your drmartens.com account and click on 
“Order History."
2. Find the order with the products you’d like to return and “Request Return.” Follow the instructions. 
3. Print a label from drmartens.com/us/return-label
4. Drop your package off at the nearest US Post Office, mailbox, or give to your letter carrier.
 
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
Please do not return packages to any Canadian Dr. Martens store. They are unable to process your return or exchange. Visit shop.borderfree.com/help to make a return.
 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Please keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive your product at the warehouse, it may take 3-5 days to process the return. You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been credited, less the $7 for return shipment. Thank you.
