30 DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
Try on your Docs and make sure they fit, that they’re the correct size, and/or style. If not, you can return them up to 30 days from your order date. By downloading and using our return label, we will deduct $7 from your refund. If you’d like a different size or another style, please place a new order and we’ll credit your account once we receive your return. For tracking purposes we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Dr. Martens retail stores are unable to accept exchanges at this time.
**Due to holiday volume, once your return package reaches our warehouse, it may take up to 10 business days in for your refund to be processed. We apologize for an inconvenience this may cause. **

Please keep your tracking number for reference. Once we receive your product at the warehouse, it may take 3-5 days to process the return. You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been credited, less the $7 for return shipment. Thank you.
